0. The Short Version
We do not collect any of your data. Everything stays on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
1. Zero Data Collection
Budget Planner is designed with absolute privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account. We do not have servers to store your financial data. Every income transaction, Custom Category, and historical expense is stored locally on your iOS device.
2. iCloud Sync
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, Apple may sync your SwiftData container across your personal devices. This process is handled entirely by Apple and is end-to-end encrypted. We have no access to your iCloud backups or synced data.
3. Crash Logs & Analytics
We only receive crash reports if you have explicitly opted-in to share them with Developers via Apple's standard iOS Privacy settings. These reports are strictly anonymous and contain no financial information.
4. Changes to This Policy
If we ever introduce optional online features (like collaborative budgets), we will update this policy and require your explicit consent before enabling them. Untill then, zero data means zero data.
